I'm a UAE-based founder. I run Prospera Technologies — a small studio that builds custom software for founders and operators in the UAE. Tovira is the first product we've built for a market we don't operate in ourselves: real estate. This page exists so you know who you're handing your client data to.
A friend of mine sells real estate in Dubai. Last year, he sent me a screenshot of his notes — a list of phone numbers and one-line reminders titled “CHATS TO REMEMBER” with red exclamation marks next to the most urgent ones. Below it: “Follow Up Agents for CHEQUE‼️”
That was his lead system. Not a CRM. A note he kept rewriting because every CRM he'd tried felt like a second job. And he was good at his job — closing deals, knowing communities, building trust with clients. He just couldn't hold 60 active conversations in his head while doing four viewings a day across three areas.
I asked around. Every Dubai realtor I spoke to said some version of the same thing: too many leads, too many WhatsApps, too much money walking out the door because nobody can remember it all. The CRMs they tried — Bitrix, Zoho, brokerage-issued ones — all asked them to leave WhatsApp and start typing. Nobody did. Nobody ever does.
So I built Tovira. It lives where they already live: WhatsApp. It does the remembering they don't have time for. Forward a chat, send a voice note, and it captures the lead, the budget, the promise you made, the listing you mentioned. Then it tells you who to call next.

I've spent the last decade building software, mostly as the technical project manager between business teams and engineering teams. At Builder.ai I ran 5–6 projects in parallel across SaaS, e-commerce, health, and advertising platforms. At Kahunas.io I owned product. Now I run Prospera Technologies — a UAE-based studio where I ship custom software for founders and operators with a founder-led delivery model. No account managers. No junior handoffs. The person who sells you the work is the person who builds it and supports it.
I built Tovira on the same principle. The email you send to support is read by me. The product roadmap is decided by me. When something breaks, I fix it.
I'm a builder, not a marketer. Tovira will always be honest about what it does and doesn't do. If a feature isn't ready, the website won't claim it is. If a competitor does something better, I'll say so. If you ask me whether Tovira is the right fit for your workflow and the answer is no, I'll tell you. I'd rather have 50 customers who actually use the product than 500 who churn in month two.
